Terms of Service

Last updated: May 5, 2026

By using Cowallet, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Cowallet is a self-custody multi-chain crypto wallet operated by Block Three Co., Ltd. (South Korea). We provide software; you control your funds. We never custody, hold, or access your assets.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Backup your seed phrase. If lost, we cannot recover your wallet. There is no "forgot password" — your funds are gone permanently.
  • Verify all transactions before signing.
  • Verify recipient addresses — sent crypto is irreversible.
  • Comply with local laws (tax, AML, sanctions in your jurisdiction).

3. No Custody, No Liability

Because we never hold your funds:

  • We cannot freeze, reverse, or recover any transaction.
  • We are not liable for losses from: lost seed phrases, phishing attacks, malware on your device, social engineering, or third-party service failures.

4. Third-Party Services

Cowallet integrates with the following providers. You agree to each provider's separate terms:

  • DEX aggregators: Kyberswap, Jupiter, OKX — swap routing
  • Fiat onramp: MoonPay, Ramp Network
  • Staking: Lido, Marinade, Jito, Rocket Pool
  • dApp connections: WalletConnect / Reown

We are not responsible for their service quality, fees, or compliance failures.

5. Platform Fees

Cowallet charges a 0.5% platform fee on swaps, deducted from the output token. We earn affiliate revenue from onramp providers (paid by the provider, not by you). All fees are disclosed in the UI before each transaction.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Cowallet for:

  • Money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion
  • Use in jurisdictions where crypto wallets are illegal
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract other users' keys

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Crypto is volatile. You may lose all your funds. We are not investment advisors.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Disputes are resolved in Korean courts.

9. Changes

Material changes are notified in-app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
